2017 marks the second year that Davlyn Financial Services Inc. will be participating in the annual Toasty Toes sock drive for the homeless. As the winter months approach, it’s important to remember that there are many people in our community who can’t afford the basic necessities to make it through the colder months. One of those necessities is a pair of warm, dry socks.
In 2016, Davlyn’s first year contributing to Toasty Toes, over 12,000 pairs of socks were collected. Over 11,000 more pairs of socks were collected by Toasty Toes in 2016 than in 2015! In 2017 Davlyn wants to continue to help that number grow. This year our goal is to collect 500 pairs of socks, but we won’t be able to do it without the help of our clients and friends!
Please feel free to bring socks to 3-600 Jamieson Parkway anytime between now and November 10, 2017. Let’s help Toasty Toes bring warm, dry socks to everone who needs them in our community!
