As the winter months approach those in need in our community are looking for the necessities. One thing that means the world to a person on the street is the simple ability to keep their feet warm and dry. A pair of new socks makes a big difference to residents of shelters, individuals experiencing homelessness and those served by our local soup kitchen and self help food bank.
Last year #ToastyToes2016 was able to collect over 1,000 pairs of socks. In 2016 Toasty Toes far exceeded its goals by collecting over 10,000 pairs of socks! Davlyn was able to collect 228 pairs of socks thanks to the help of our clients and staff. We are so proud to have been a part of such a wonderful campaign. Thank you to everyone who helped us contribute to such a worth-while cause.
